
I am an enthusiastic amateur cook with a background in bioscience in academy and business. I am also a father of a vegan daughter. In cooking I like the possibility to be creative (i.e. to use anything found in the fridge), to feed the family and friends, and to (most often ) enjoy the meal myself. In cooking the path from innovation to a product is luckily very short an rewarding in comparison to science – in most cases few hours instead of weeks are needed. Even the non-perfect meals are totally edible, and exaggeration with spices is rather beneficial than catastrophic. In www.dinewithavegan.com I promise to present my most successful recipes. I intend to publish the recipes both in Finnish and English. The English recipes will be published somewhat delayed, apologizes for that. I hope You will enjoy my recipes.
